Refund Policy

Alliance Bridge of Village Excellence Inc. (ABOVE) is committed to transparency and fairness regarding payments, donations, and program fees.

Program Fees

All program fees are non-refundable once a program has begun. This includes missed days, early withdrawal, or removal from the program due to behavioral or policy violations.

Enrollment & Prorated Fees

Enrollment fees, registration fees, and prorated payments are non-refundable and secure a participant’s spot in the program.

Cancellations by ABOVE

If ABOVE cancels a program or session, families may be eligible for a full or prorated refund, at the organization’s discretion, based on the portion of the program not delivered.

Donations

Donations made to ABOVE are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Disputes

Families are encouraged to contact ABOVE directly regarding billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in removal from the program and/or suspension of services.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days using the original form of payment.
