By accessing this website and enrolling in any program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Program Participation
All participants must be properly registered and meet eligibility requirements. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Program schedules, locations, and activities are subject to change.

Payments & Fees
All fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan. Payments are non-refundable unless a program is canceled by the organization. Late payments or unpaid balances may result in suspension from the program.

Pickup & Late Fees
Students must be picked up by 5:15 PM. A $15 late fee applies after 5:30 PM, plus $1 per additional minute. Repeated late pickups may result in removal from the program.

Attendance & Conduct
Participants are expected to follow program rules, school policies, and staff instructions. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Health & Safety
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency and medical information. The organization is not responsible for injuries beyond its reasonable control.

Media Release
The organization may use photos or videos of program activities for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

Liability
Participation is voluntary. The organization, its staff, and partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.

All website content is the property of the organization and may not be copied or used without permission.

Updates
