Emma's Friday & Half-Day Participation – Remainder of 2026–2027 School Year This payment plan covers Emma's participation in the ABOVE Youth After-School Program on Fridays and scheduled school half days through the end of the 2026–2027 school year. **Program Coverage:** - **Fridays:** Approximately 29–30 Fridays remaining in the school year, including one potential inclement weather makeup day. - **Half Days:** Approximately 6–9 scheduled half days, depending on the final school calendar. Up to three half days may become full instructional days. - **Payment Plan:** Eight monthly payments of $140. - **Total Program Cost:** $1,120. This payment arrangement provides a discounted rate compared to the standard $35 daily drop-in fee while allowing Emma to continue participating in ABOVE Youth's enrichment activities. Participation includes supervised enrichment activities, recreational programming, and opportunities to engage with peers in a safe and supportive environment. **Please Note:** Coverage is based on the remaining school calendar and applies only to eligible Fridays and scheduled half days through the end of the school year. Additional attendance outside these designated days may require separate payment.

Cancellation Policy
A.B.O.V.E. is committed to providing reliable after-school care for our families throughout the school year. Program Schedule: A.B.O.V.E. will be open every school day, immediately following dismissal until 5:45 PM, including scheduled early dismissal/half days unless otherwise communicated. The program will not operate when schools/buildings are closed or after-school activities are canceled due to holidays, weather, emergencies, or school-system decisions. Tuition: Monthly tuition is $200 per student and reserves your child's space in the program. Tuition is not prorated or refunded for individual absences, vacations, illness, or days a student chooses not to attend. Withdrawal/Cancellation: Families must provide 30 days' written notice to withdraw their child. Tuition remains due during the 30-day notice period. Simply not attending does not cancel enrollment or recurring payments. Program Closures: Refunds or credits are generally not provided for closures outside our control.
